After spending 30 Years of his life as an administrator in the school system in Canada, Larry was gifted the opportunity to work with the most vulnerable and behavioural students in the Catholic school system.

Working with these children was a gift from God that changed the way Larry understood education, leadership and life. He was so motivated to share his discoveries, he left the school district so he could speak with other educators and leaders about what he had learned.
