Intentional Freedom: Five-Week Online Program

Work alongside Helen through this five-week program in order to move forward in life with intentional freedom. Understand and then learn what it means to be in control of your reaction when life throws you a challenge.

  • Weekly webinars
  • Strategies for developing healthy behaviours
  • Weekly “homework”
  • Learning to put your thoughts onto paper with frequent journaling prompts
  • A twenty-minute one-on-one coaching call with Helen
  • A private Facebook Group – post, chat, and share in a safe place
  • Weekly live Q&A with Helen
